Thank you for shopping with Porta Jewellery. Please read on for all Shipping, returns and refund policies.
Porta Shipping
We aim to process all orders within a 48 hour timeframe. Please note this can take longer during busy periods when it may take up to 72 hours.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed.
Your jewellery will be sent to you in a protective pouch and packaging.
Standard UK delivery - £3.95 - 2-3 working days from dispatch.
*Express UK Delivery - £6.95 - Orders placed between Mon - Friday before 3pm arrive Next Day.
International Signed for - £10.00 - Please allow 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.
Shipping Terms
All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy.
Porta Returns

All items except for earrings can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of receipt.

Earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for reasons of hygiene, unless faulty.

We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been altered or personalised to a customer's specification.

We cannot refund or exchange gift cards.

The item must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and using Porta packaging.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.

All refunds will be credited within 14 days.
Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
